September 2016, my goal-seeking organism was very active, my subconscious mind worked night and day to achieve a goal.

I want a HOME

My then accounting supervisor, who’s also a real estate licensed broker,  Roger Ursos, subconscious mind worked night and day, too and heard me.  And we both get it done for my happy life at home.

And I want another HOME …for Investment

Again, Roger was there, heard my wishes then delivered my townhouse home where my grandkids are forced to live in J

Now I’ve been 3 years a homeowner

• I planted a fruit tree in the backyard
• Set up a quarterly curtain change calendar
• Invested in some smart home upgrades
• Got good powertools for my husband’s DIY projects
• Built out a workbench in the garage
• Planned out our perfect indoor and outdoor space
• And get to visit my grandkids every day
