My former Accounting Supervisor at Localphone now owns Arreo Realty Exchange, Inc. After he’s been employed for a few years, he had job security, a regular income, benefits, and a bright future. Even so, he wanted more out of life and started his own business. When he handed me his resignation letter in March 2017, I immediately spoke with the CFO and asked for his approval to increase his salary so I could make him stick with the company. But salary increases are not always the sticking point. He made his final decision and left the company. I was sad but thanked him and wished him more happiness and success in his new place.
2 years and 5 months later, he asked me to be the Business Development Manager of his own Real Estate company. I was pleasantly surprised and proud of his achievements.
Roger Ursos is the CEO and the main force in putting up Arreo Realty Exchange, Inc. and Arreo Contractors. He’s a high-touch broker and executive known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to clients. His success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.
After he passed the Real Estate Broker Licensing Exam in 2016 from the prestigious Urban Institute of Real Estate, Asian Institute of Management, he immediately began raking in clients, awards, and recognition. He now carries with him impressive sales statistics. He’s Megaworld’s top broker for the years 2017 and 2018.
He is now ready not only to prove that his executive leadership will show consistent concern for providing stellar services to his clients and employees but also to show integrity in how he does business so his employees will act with integrity as well. All these things make me proud to represent his brand and to help him make a happier workplace.
Jumping from employee to entrepreneur may be a leap of faith, but it’s faith in your ability to achieve business success.
