My former Accounting Supervisor at Localphone now owns Arreo Realty Exchange, Inc. After he’s been employed for a few years, he had job security, a regular income, benefits and a bright future. Even so, he wanted more out of life and started his own business. When he handed me his resignation letter in March of 2017, I immediately spoke with the CFO and asked his approval to increase his salary so I could make him stick with the company. But salary increases are not always the sticking point. He made his final decision and left the company. I was sad but thanked him and wished him more happiness and success with his new place.
